Report a property repair in one click! Great news for Goodfellows tenants and landlords – we have now joined forces with Fixflo, a one-stop repair reporting system.

New 5 yearly electrical checks come into force in England today - 1st July. Read more about what that means for Landlords.  

Lettings agents will soon have to complete electrical checks on all rented properties they manage for electrical safety or face fines of up to £30,000.
