Overall I have a good impression of this branch. For a variety of reasons the process of selling my house took longer than what I had initially expected, and Kerry and Debbie were really helpful along the way. On a few occasions though, I felt communication was a bit lacking in the sense that I was expecting information from the buyer and had to chase them for updates. I appreciate they juggle multiple things at the same time, but as I said, occasionally I felt like I had to chase for updates that should've come directly from them without me having to chase. All in all they did a good job showing my house and then securing the buyer, and I would still recommend them to anyone in the process of selling their house. Kerry, Debbie and Chloe are very friendly and do their best to maximise the chances of selling the property, which I think these days is a very tricky thing to do given the market conditions. Again, thanks for all your help during this year!

I’ve had very seamless experience at Morden office, starting from arranging the viewing up until signing the tenancy agreement. The team is very professional and customer oriented.
