We shared our requirements and budget with him, and although the first set of properties he showed us were either beyond our budget or not quite suitable, he never gave up. For a while, we had almost forgotten about finding a home here, but one fine day Mr. Sarmilan called us with a property that perfectly matched our requirements and was nearly within our budget. The other agent although very good did not provide as many viewing as Goodfellows or as many offers. They were able to match me with the perfect tenants for the property and despite me rejecting some offers they kept on speaking to their clients until we were able to find to the right tenants for the property.
