Was looking to sell my house in Mitcham. Had a choice of 3 estate agents. Had a chat with them all individually. Went into Goodfellows last, sat down, explained what we wanted to do, spoke to Omar. After chatting for 5 minutes it was quite clear that I had found the right estate agent. Omar was very knowledgeable, professional and very up front with all of my questions and was honest about the market at that time which gave me confidence in selling my property through them. We lost our first buyer and were then close to losing our purchase as we had no buyer. Omar and the team pulled another buyer out of the hat within days which was absolutely fantastic as we were thinking about taking our property off the market and staying put. Omar and Jonathan worked together at pace to get the sale through as quickly as possible so we didn’t lose our purchase property which was way down the line and very close to exchange. The two of them got it through and kept myself and the other estate agent we were purchasing through updated regularly with emails and phone calls. These 2 guys make up a fantastic team.
