Absolutely delighted with the service provided by Tony, Martin and Jack at the Morden branch. Throughout the process of selling the house for us, they were friendly, open, honest and always mindful of our best interests whilst also considerate of the experience the buyer was having. I'm not based locally and they came to my rescue a few times e.g. with meter readings or checking the empty house to comply with insurance conditions. I should also say I was very impressed with the marketing photography, although in the end it was hardly needed as they found me a choice of buyers overnight! Even more impressively they looked after our buyers and kept them in the loop for the next 9 months as probate dragged on. Using Goodfellows was a great experience at what was otherwise a stressful time. Thank you!

As a landlord I have been with Goodfellows for years. All staff have acted professionally and have dealt with issues quickly. I particularly want to mention Esther Kamunga from the north charm office. I have had an important issue which she has gone to great lengths to get the matter resolved. In every other way she is polite and always ready to get issues sorted out quickly. Shes a credit to your organisation.

We recently listed our property for rental with Goodfellows and within 2 months they were able to find us tenants who offered our asking price. This was also over the Christmas period so things were a little slower than usual. I would like to call out that Beckie, Yasmin and Fella have all been very helpful and were always available to speak to us when we needed support.
