The team at Goodfellows worked really well to manage the end of the rental with the marketing of the property for sale. Joel was well-informed and realistic about likely sale to completion timings and Goodfellows marketed and generated interest for viewings of the property quickly. When one part of the chain wasn't able to continue Joel kept me informed and updated, liasing with all parties in the chain which made the process as stress-free as possible. Thankfully this didn't cause much of a delay for the overall completion. I was very pleased with the service at Goodfellows for both lettings and sales of the property and would recommend using them.

Just amazing. I called up at the 11th hour to view a property (which I’m not condoning btw) and Goodfellows were really happy to accommodate a property viewing. The agent Debbie was really patient, friendly, not pushy at all and very supportive around any questions. I fell in love with the property and the rest in history. Overall I have a good impression of this branch. For a variety of reasons the process of selling my house took longer than what I had initially expected, and Kerry and Debbie were really helpful along the way. On a few occasions though, I felt communication was a bit lacking in the sense that I was expecting information from the buyer and had to chase them for updates. I appreciate they juggle multiple things at the same time, but as I said, occasionally I felt like I had to chase for updates that should've come directly from them without me having to chase. All in all they did a good job showing my house and then securing the buyer, and I would still recommend them to anyone in the process of selling their house. Kerry, Debbie and Chloe are very friendly and do their best to maximise the chances of selling the property, which I think these days is a very tricky thing to do given the market conditions. Again, thanks for all your help during this year!
